SmartPoint is a dashboard that delivers relevant information alongside your existing applications and may be deployed in one of three ways:

  1. Task dashboard – context driven by an existing application (e.g. ERP or CRM)
  2. Performance dashboard – on request summarising information from multiple sources
  3. Embedded dashboard – context driven and integrated into an existing application interface

Information is delivered in dashboard SmartParts and may come from a variety of sources within or outside of your network. Regardless of the original source, all information is presented to the user in a common consistent view showing only the information that is relevant.
