SmartPoint shortlisted for Best Product at Call Centre Expo 2009

Thursday 03rd September 2009, London, UK - SmartPoint has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Best Product at Call Centre Expo 2009, 22nd – 23rd September at the NEC, Birmingham.

callcentreawards2009.jpgCommenting on SmartPoint's achievement, Adam Clark, Event Director, European Call Centre Awards stated: "Since the European Call Centre Awards were established in 2004, they have recognised the very best organisations, individuals and products in the call centre industry. Among the awards, the Best Product at Call Centre Expo aims to identify those software products that truly demonstrate tangible benefits to call centres and go the extra mile to deliver outstanding solutions to their customers. By virtue of its inclusion as a finalist, SmartPoint falls into this category.”

SmartPoint’s Marketing Director, Philip Briscoe commented: "SmartPoint was a ‘highly commended’ finalist in the Best Product category at last year’s Call Centre Expo awards so to be shortlisted for the second year running is a terrific achievement and endorses the momentum that we have achieved in the market since last year and the development effort invested in the product to provide even more value for our contact centre customers.”

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Tuesday 22nd September at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.

SmartPoint has also been named a finalist in the 2009 Software Satisfaction Awards and Redditch Borough Council recently won the prestigious ‘Contact Centre Technology Award’ for its use of SmartPoint at this year’s Good Communication Awards which recognise excellence in public sector communications.
