SmartPoint Nominated as a Finalist in Software Satisfaction Awards 2009

Tuesday 04th August 2009, London, UK - SmartPoint has been nominated as a finalist at this year’s Software Satisfaction Awards within the ‘Contact Centre Software’ category.

Software Satisfaction Awards 2009The finalist nominations were provided by primary research from buyers and end users of business software applications and are an indication of achieving outstanding feedback in terms of value for money, ease of use, functionality and reliability. In total, over 8,100 votes were cast over the award categories making the survey one of the largest individual pieces of business opinion research in the UK.

Commenting on SmartPoint's achievement, Darren Falkingham, Head of Marketing, Software Satisfaction Awards stated: "Since the Software Satisfaction Awards were established in 2006, they have provided a genuine benchmark for high standards from software providers and act as an invaluable guide for those businesses looking to purchase the very best software systems. By virtue of being a finalist in the awards, SmartPoint has clearly demonstrated their excellence as a contact centre software solution – most importantly because they were voted into the shortlist by their own satisfied customers".

SmartPoint’s Marketing Director, Philip Briscoe commented: "To be nominated as a finalist demonstrates the strength of reputation and support that we have within our customer base and I’d like to thank all of our customers who voted for us."
