SmartPoint 'Highly Commended' in Best Product Category at European Call Centre Awards 2008

Thursday 18th September 2008, London, UK. SmartPoint was the only finalist to be recognised as ‘Highly Commended’ in the Best Product category at the annual European Call Centre Awards held on September 16th at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole. The awards, presented by Call Centre Focus magazine, recognise excellence in the call centre industry across Europe and take place during the annual Call Centre Expo. The prestigious and coveted Best Product award this year received over forty entries, of which SmartPoint was shortlisted as one of six finalists, selected by a panel of leading industry call centre experts.
