SmartPoint shortlisted for Best Product at Call Centre Expo 2009
SmartPoint has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Best Product at Call Centre Expo 2009, 22nd – 23rd September at the NEC, Birmingham.
Commenting on SmartPoint's achievement, Adam Clark, Event Director, European Call Centre Awards stated: "“Since the European Call Centre Awards were established in 2004, they have recognised the very best organisations, individuals and products in the call centre industry. SmartPoint Nominated as a Finalist in Software Satisfaction Awards 2009 - August 2009
SmartPoint has been nominated as a finalist at this year’s Software Satisfaction Awards within the ‘Contact Centre Software’ category.
The finalist nominations were provided by primary research from buyers and end users of business software applications and are an indication of achieving outstanding feedback in terms of value for money, ease of use, functionality and reliability. In total, over 8,100 votes were cast over the award categories making the survey one of the largest individual pieces of business opinion research in the UK. Read the full story...

Redditch Borough Council wins 'Contact Centre Technology' award for SmartPoint at the 2009 Good Communications Awards - July 2009
Redditch Borough Council has won the prestigious ‘Contact Centre Technology Award’ for its use of SmartPoint at this year’s Good Communication Awards which recognise excellence in public sector communications. The Good Communication Awards aim to promote and encourage the public sector’s efforts towards effective communication with its citizens and its workforce. The four award categories (Print, Public Relations, IT and Telecoms) recognise the individuals and organisations that have demonstrated effectiveness and innovation. The GCA Judging Panel consists of experts in communication from leading technology organisations, trade associations and marketing/PR professionals.
Good Communications Awards judges commented that: "Smart Point is being put to good use in a number of Local Authority contact centres and Redditch is to be commended for its forward thinking approach to adopting this time-saving technology." Read the full story...

SmartPoint is named a Finalist in the 2009 Top Performers in the Contact Centre Industry Awards for EMEA - April 2009
Over 1100 entrants from around the world entered the 2009 awards which have been referred to as the Olympics of the Contact Centre industry by many because entrants represent their company and nation in these international awards run by market leader ContactCenterWorld.com. The awards were established in 2006 and have become the most recognized and prestigious awards for the industry.

SmartPoint Recognised in Call Centre Focus Hotlist 2008 For
Reducing Costs and Boosting Efficiency in the Contact Centre - December
2008
SmartPoint, the intelligent desktop software, has been
included in ‘The Hotlist 2008’ as recognised by Call Centre Focus
(CCF), the UK’s number one customer contact title. The CCF ‘Hotlist’
acknowledges organisations, teams and individuals that have had the
biggest impact on the contact centre industry in the past 12 months.
Nicolette Allen, deputy editor at CCF commented: “Every year, we at
CCF magazine are amazed and impressed by the achievements taking place
in the contact centre sector. The Hotlist is an annual celebration of

Call Centre Helper's 'Top 10 Call Centre Software" - November 2008
SmartPoint is included in the “Top 10 Call Centre Software” list complied by Call Centre Helper, the UK’s most popular online call centre magazine.
At a recent briefing, Jonty Pearce, editor of Call Centre Helper, was asked to pull together a list of the call centre software companies that have most impressed him over the past year so he decided to create the Top 10 awards. "Most call centres are awash with information, but this has historically been locked away in the hands of the call centre managers and supervisors. SmartPoint has impressed us because it pushes this information down to the agent level. This can help with agent motivation and can also be a useful tool to improve the customer experience," explained Pearce.

SmartPoint 'Highly Commended' in Best Product Category at European Call Centre Awards 2008 - September 2008
SmartPoint was the only finalist to be recognised as ‘Highly Commended’ in the Best Product category at the annual European Call Centre Awards held on September 16th at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
The awards, presented by Call Centre Focus magazine, recognise excellence in the call centre industry across Europe and take place during the annual Call Centre Expo. The prestigious and coveted Best Product award this year received over forty entries, of which SmartPoint was shortlisted as one of six finalists, selected by a panel of leading industry call centre experts.
