SmartPoint Software is part of TIS Software Limited, a privately held company based at Bourne End in Buckinghamshire. The company is owned by its management and employees and by funds managed by Dunedin Capital Partners who provided equity funding in support of the MBO.
TIS Software has many hundreds of customers operating in more than 30 countries. Our customers include commercial organisations such as Elsevier, Fired Earth, Saint-Gobain Building Distribution, Virgin Mobile and Wolseley along with public sector organisations such as Ashford Borough Council, Canterbury City Council, City of London, Kent County Supplies, London Transport, Medway Council and Nexus.
