Non-executive Chairman - Grant Masom
Grant Masom is 50 years old, with 25 years experience within the technology sector, 20 years of which has been spent in senior management and board level positions. As Chief Executive at Tricom Communications and GADC Networks, he achieved a major turnaround in performance culminating in the acquisition of both businesses by publicly quoted companies. He has worked with a number of companies as an independent director, securing significant capital investment and expanding their routes to market. He is chairman of Amino Technologies plc, and recently led their IPO on the AIM market. He is also chairman of Comunica Holdings plc and ePOINT Group Ltd, and a non-executive director of Phase One A/S. Grant has a first class degree in engineering from Cambridge University.

Chief Executive - Peter Lusty
Peter Lusty, 51, joined TIS Software as Managing Director in September 1997. After gaining a BA Honours degree from the University of East Anglia he was a graduate entry to Burroughs Machines (now Unisys) in 1979. He joined the information systems division of McDonnell Douglas Corporation in 1984 and progressed through a number of increasingly senior roles which included Director of Marketing and Director of Research and Development. In 1993 he was appointed Director of the Company's Health Systems business and in 1995 became a Divisional Director with responsibility for a number of software and services businesses including CHESS, a manufacturing software business now known as Glovia and owned by Fujitsu. In 1997 he joined TIS Software then part of Misys plc.

Customer Services Director - Mike Creswell
Mike Creswell, 56, has held the position of Customer Services Director since 1996 and Operations Director since March 2003. He gained a BSc Honours degree from the University of London in 1972. With a background of hardware and software development from his early career in Canada he moved into project management and operational management. On return to the UK in 1990 he joined Team Systems, part of Misys plc, as Bespoke Software manager, and later became responsible for consultancy, training, and support until Team was merged with TIS Software in 1995.

Finance Director - Mike Johns
Mike Johns, 36, joined TIS Software Ltd in January 2008 as Finance Director. Mike has held senior management positions within the software industry for the last ten 10 years including Group Finance Director and member of the board of directors of SmartStream Technologies Group Limited, a market leading supplier of back office solutions to global banks and financial institutions. Most recently Mike was Chief Financial Officer of Iris Financial Solutions Limited, a supplier of front and middle office systems to financial institutions. Mike holds a BSc(Hons) degree in Physics from Birmingham University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Sales Director - Chris Thomason
Chris Thomason, 51 joined TIS Software in December 2001 as Alliances Manager and now as Sales Director holds responsibility for all sales activity. After gaining a BA Honours degree from Oxford Polytechnic and MSc in Operational Research from University of Sussex he took up a corporate planning role with British Gas. He joined James Martin Associates (JMA) in 1988 and undertook a variety of IT consultancy assignments, both in the UK and overseas. A move to sales followed the takeover of JMA by Texas Instruments Software in 1991, and in 1993 he was appointed sales manager for IT consultants Newell & Budge. Further sales and sales management roles followed with Sterling Software and Onyx Software, where he held the posts of Strategic Alliances Director and Sales Director, prior to joining TIS Software.

Marketing Director - Philip Briscoe
Philip Briscoe, 38, joined SmartPoint Technologies in January 2008 as Director of Marketing. Philip has held a variety of senior marketing positions in the IT industry with organisations including Systems Union Ltd, American Management Systems Inc. (AMS) and SDL International Ltd. More recently, Philip was Global Marketing Director with Cape Clear Software Inc. Philip holds a BA (Hons) degree in European Business Studies from Brunel University, UK and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (DipM) from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
